Nova Vision Association (NOVI) is an innovative and forward-thinking non-profit organization dedicated to addressing societal challenges through sustainable and creative solutions. With a core focus on education, technology, and social innovation, NOVI aims to empower individuals across all walks of life to reach their full potential, fostering a future that is both equitable and inclusive. Our initiatives are meticulously designed to not only enhance innovative thinking and support sustainable development goals but also to accelerate societal change and deepen its impact.
Mission and Objectives
As Nova Vision Association, our vision is to be a leading force in building an equitable and inclusive future where every individual can realize their full potential by shedding light on societal challenges with innovative and sustainable solutions. Through collaboration, innovation, and commitment to our core values, NOVI aims to inspire positive change in local and global communities and create a lasting impact on society and the environment.
Our mission is to build bridges in education, technology, and social innovation, empowering people from all walks of life to access information, develop skills, and shape their own futures. Our priority is to foster innovative thinking, develop projects that contribute to sustainable development goals, and, through these projects, implement activities aimed at accelerating and deepening social change. Through our work, we pioneer collaborations at both local and international levels, striving to realize the vision of a more equitable and sustainable world for all.
Main Projects / Activities
Nova Vizyon Derneği implements projects across education, youth, and adult sectors, promoting inclusive learning, sustainability, and social cohesion. Recent initiatives include:
NatureHeal (Erasmus+ KA210-ADU): Supporting women cancer survivors through biophilic learning.
PosiYouth (KA220-YOU – pending): Empowering youth with positive body image and media literacy.
EmpowerHer: (Erasmus+ KA220 - ADU - Pending): Promoting women's emotional health and resilience to prevent autoimmune risks through creative, awareness-raising education
Upcycling Workshops: Conducted with women and young people, combining circular economy, creativity, and social participation.
Training in E-commerce & Online Marketing: Delivered to local women producers and artisans to increase their digital visibility. (We applied to Erasmus+ Virtual Exchange South-MED Countries funding with a 10 partner initiative on this topic, too)
Participation in DELEPO 2.0 (KA153-YOU): Enhancing leadership potential of youth workers through intercultural mobility.
How can you contribute to the Network in your country?
Nova Vizyon is ready to contribute through its active network of educators, youth workers, and community actors. We offer expertise in inclusive education, digital literacy, and social innovation, especially with marginalised groups such as NEET youth, women, and individuals with disabilities. We can co-host intercultural learning events, workshops, and campaigns aligned with ALF values, and contribute to national dialogues on sustainability, equality, and digital inclusion.

We are eager to collaborate with like-minded organisations in the Euro-Mediterranean region to amplify the impact of our social projects. Joining the ALF Network will enhance our intercultural learning, expand our outreach to new partners, and empower our volunteers and staff through peer exchanges and shared campaigns. We believe in collective action for equity, peace, and sustainabilit, and see the ALF as a strategic platform to grow together.
