General Information

Mission and Objectives

Obre't Ebre addresses a need that is very present in our times: the need to promote values, social cohesion among young people and children, especially those at risk of social exclusion, from rural areas with fewer opportunities, as well as the sustainable development of the community.
It offers young people and children a present filled with more hopes, emotions, and education in values.
It promotes equal opportunities and cohesion within the population of rural areas, in the face of the lack of resources for youth, particularly in these areas.
It encourages active participation and the empowerment of young people to strengthen and develop their abilities and skills, improving their quality of life.
It provides assistance and support to young people and children through educational, participation, and volunteer programs.
It develops actions that favor the development of people's skills.

How can you contribute to the Network in your country?

We would like to represent our entity in terms of rurality. Our territory is very small and sometimes there are lack of resources compared to big cities. Also we would like to stregthen the participation of our community towards creating new partners out of Europe.

Why do you want to join the ALF Network?

There are two main reasons that lead us to join the ALF. First, it brings together individuals and organizations from diverse backgrounds, experiences, and religions, making it essential to connect with them in order to promote a more inclusive and supportive society. By doing so, we will be able to collaborate on more impactful projects. Second, participating in an international forum will enhance our capabilities as an organization representing a specific region. We aim to share our experiences, learn from others, and, most importantly, improve our intercultural communication.
