The Mediterranean Observatory for Communication is a non-profit organization that was created in 2004 by a group of the Information and Communication field professionals, belonging both to the academic and international cooperation sectors. The Observatory was registered with the 31.537/Resolución number in the Barcelona Associations Register on the 30th of January 2006.Mission and Objectives
