Orchestra Srl is a Milan-based platform connecting conservatory-trained musicians with professional opportunities across Italy. Founded in 2022, the platform hosts over 4,000 registered musicians and supports cultural production, institutional concerts and educational programmes.
Mission and Objectives
To build a sustainable and recognised infrastructure for professional musicians in Italy, reducing the gap between conservatory training and the professional market, and to produce cultural events that promote musical heritage and intercultural dialogue.
Main Projects / Activities
Platform for musician-opportunity matching (4,000+ registered artists); production of institutional concerts and cultural events; educational music programmes; artistic direction of intercultural projects connecting Italian and Euro-Mediterranean musical traditions. In 2026: Menzione d'Onore at PMI Award (Politecnico di Milano); speaker at Festival delle Opportunità; candidacy for project Modus Maris under ALF Mediterranean Capitals of Culture and Dialogue Call 2026.
How can you contribute to the Network in your country?
Orchestra Srl can contribute through its national network of professional musicians, its experience in cultural production and its capacity to design and implement intercultural events that reach diverse audiences, including students and non-specialist publics. We can serve as a bridge between the Italian music ecosystem and the ALF Network's Euro-Mediterranean mission.
Why do you want to join the ALF Network?
We are applying to the ALF Call to Support Cultural and Intercultural Activities in Matera and Tétouan 2026 with the project Modus Maris, a lecture-concert exploring the shared musical heritage of the Euro-Mediterranean region. Joining the ALF Network aligns with our long-term commitment to cultural dialogue and positions Orchestra Srl within a community of organisations that share our values of inclusion, diversity and intercultural exchange.
