How can you contribute to the Network in your country?
ORFEAS Organization can contribute to the Greek Network by sharing its long experience in youth work, non-formal education, and intercultural projects. Based in a semi-rural area, the organization can extend the Network’s presence beyond urban centers and engage young people from smaller communities in intercultural dialogue and volunteering. ORFEAS offers opportunities for exchange of good practices, joint project development, and hosting of European volunteers and workshops that connect local culture with European values. Through its creative team, communication channels, and local partnerships, ORFEAS can support the promotion of Network activities, organize community events, and strengthen cooperation among cultural, educational, and social actors across Greece.
Why do you want to join the ALF Network?
ORFEAS Organization wishes to join the Anna Lindh Foundation Network to become part of a vibrant community promoting intercultural dialogue, mutual understanding, and cooperation across the Euro-Mediterranean region. As an organization working with young people, volunteers, and educators from different cultural backgrounds, we share the Foundation’s vision of building bridges between people through culture, education, and active citizenship.
By joining the Network, we aim to exchange experiences and methodologies, participate in joint projects and trainings, and contribute to initiatives that foster tolerance, creativity, and solidarity. We believe that collaboration within the ALF Network will strengthen our impact locally and open new opportunities for meaningful cross-cultural partnerships.
