People Forward is a dynamic organisation specialising in research and development (R&D), training, and consulting. Our mission is driven by a people-forward approach, empowering individuals and organisations with the tools, knowledge, and skills to achieve meaningful and sustainable growth. Our team is equipped with over 15 years of collective expertise and various professional credentials. People Forward's core strengths lie in vocational education and training (VET), skills development, project management, business services, youth and adult education, and artificial intelligence (AI) integration.

Our mission is to drive positive change by delivering transformative education, training, and consulting that enables people and organisations to grow sustainably and responsibly. We achieve this through innovative, evidence-based practices, with a focus on:
○ Promoting lifelong learning and skills development.
○ Enhancing employability through vocational education and training (VET).
○ Supporting youth and adult education initiatives.
○ Driving digital transformation and AI integration in education and training.
○ Empowering communities through capacity-building programs and stakeholder engagement.
○ Contributing to sustainable development and social innovation at the local, regional, and European levels.

Main Projects / Activities

People Forward delivers end-to-end project solutions, leveraging a global network of partners, evidence-based methodologies, and AI-driven insights to ensure impactful, sustainable outcomes. People Forward’s activities include among others the below:
○ Conducting comprehensive needs assessments and feasibility studies to align initiatives with organisational goals and data analysis and insights reporting to support evidence-based decision-making.
○ Facilitating policy research, stakeholder mapping, and CSR strategy consulting to drive meaningful engagement and advocacy.
○ Designing and conducting capacity-building workshops and customised skills development programs for continuous learning and innovation.
○ Offering project planning, strategy consulting, and management training to enhance organisational capacity.
○ Supporting grant identification, funding strategy development, and public-private partnership facilitation to expand resources and opportunities.

How can you contribute to the Network in your country?

People Forward can contribute to the ALF network in Cyprus by:
○ Creating innovative educational programs that integrate digital tools, AI, and sustainable practices, aligning with ALF’s mission of fostering dialogue and inclusivity.
○ Partnering with local organisations to design and implement social impact projects that strengthen civil society and intercultural cohesion.
○ Leading capacity-building workshops for NGOs and community organisations to enhance their impact.
○ Developing and facilitating intercultural training programs that promote mutual understanding and collaboration among diverse groups.

Why do you want to join the ALF Network?

We are excited about the opportunity to join the Anna Lindh Foundation network to actively contribute to its inspiring mission of fostering intercultural dialogue and mutual understanding across the Euro-Mediterranean region. The ALF’s work, such as the Young Mediterranean Voices initiative, the Network Engagement Scheme (NES) and the ALForum 2025 will give us the opportunity to connect and work locally and regionally for building on our shared vision for sustainable development, mutual understanding and embracing diversity.

○ Participate in workshops, exchanges, and training programs that will strengthen our capacity to bridge cultural divides and contribute to peacebuilding efforts.
