General Information

The Association pursues exclusively aims of social solidarity, with the goal of promoting the knowledge, protection, and enhancement of cultural, historical, archaeological, landscape, and environmental assets at local, national, and European levels.

In particular, through targeted initiatives, the Association seeks to promote coordination and collaboration among existing Associations in the area, with the aim of involving these organisations in achieving the statutory objectives.

The Association works to ensure a fair balance between human beings and the surrounding natural environment, promoting study, research, and the protection of the ecosystem and its components, inspired by a traditional vision of life.

How can you contribute to the Network in your country?

We bring high-end expertise at academic level and many years of experience in culture management and tourism. We have our own spaces and platforms of dialogue through regional networks in the Lazio region that are bound to become bigger as we grow and join networks like the ALF network. We can bring deep thinking and research driven dialogue so that cultural exchange may have meaning and profound impact on both sides of the Mediterranean.

Why do you want to join the ALF Network?

For the organisation the wish to join the ALF Network is part of its renewal and bid to internationalise its vision, audience, scope and reach. It aims to bring into the mindset and operations of its members and staff a larger Mediterranean dimension. Its staff have recently started training in European projects and concepts development and it sees many opportunities for cross border dialogue so that culture does not become an insular approach to identity but one of open doors and removal of walls for easier and less hindered exchange.
