General Information

Platform B is: an organization that makes more and more contacts with representatives of other philosophies, cultures and communities in Belgium every day. Our operation aims to get to know each other better through conversation and encounter and to discover similar values and commitment. Accepting differences and perhaps contradictions in each other's culture and philosophy of life is necessary to take steps towards each other. Platform B wants to bring everyone, regardless of their beliefs, race or culture, into contact with each other in order to get to know each other's origin and individuality better and respect each other. We strive for people from different philosophies and cultures to dare to approach each other more to build a more livable society in Belgium together.

Platform B is a volunteer organization, resting on the shoulders of active Muslims of their own soil, who are aware of the importance of dialogue. Platform B focuses not only on interreligious dialogue, but also on the one hand on intra-dialogue and on the other hand intercultural dialogue. Our operation aims, through conversation and meeting, to get to know each other better and to discover similar values and commitment. Accepting differences and perhaps contradictions in each other's culture and religion is necessary to take steps towards each other.

Mission and Objectives

Platform B aims to be a strong partner in the global process of rapprochement, from an Islamic perspective, and to proclaim the message of dialogue and courtesy to all people.
