General Information

Power Giob is a private employment agency and training provider based in Brindisi, Italy. Founded in 2014, it works in the fields of recruitment, vocational education and training (VET), and active labour market policies. The organisation supports young people and jobseekers through career guidance, work-based learning, and professional training. Power Giob is Erasmus+ accredited for VET and has experience in European cooperation, having coordinated a KA210-VET mobility project in Bulgaria focused on the fashion sector. It operates through local offices in both Puglia and Campania regions.

Mission and Objectives

Power Giob’s mission is to support employability, inclusion, and skills development through recruitment services, vocational training, and active labour market measures. The organisation aims to empower individuals - especially young people, NEETs, and jobseekers - by providing guidance, tailored learning paths, and access to real work environments. Power Giob promotes cooperation at both national and European level, with a focus on innovation in training and lifelong learning.

Main Projects / Activities

Power Giob delivers professional training courses, work-based learning programmes, and employment services across the regions of Puglia and Campania. The organisation works closely with companies, schools, and institutions to improve access to the labour market. In 2022, Power Giob won and coordinated a KA210-VET Erasmus+ Small-scale Partnership in Bulgaria. The project supported fashion students in a 6-month international mobility experience. Power Giob also participates in partnerships that promote inclusion, skills recognition, and transnational cooperation in VET.

How can you contribute to the Network in your country?

Power Giob can contribute to the Network in Italy by promoting collaboration between employment services, training institutions, and civil society organisations working on youth development, inclusion, and intercultural dialogue.
Thanks to its presence in different regions (Puglia and Campania) and its experience in Erasmus+ projects, Power Giob can support local initiatives, host awareness events, and engage young people - especially NEETs and disadvantaged groups - in activities that promote social cohesion and active citizenship within the Euro-Mediterranean context.

Why do you want to join the ALF Network?

Power Giob is interested in joining the Anna Lindh Foundation Network to expand its international partnerships and contribute to initiatives that promote youth empowerment, employability, intercultural dialogue, and inclusive education. The organisation believes in the values of cooperation across the Euro-Mediterranean region and aims to share its experience in training, mobility, and employment-related projects.
