Established in 2005. Currently organization has 13 members where 3 of them are members of the board. In every day activities 2 EVS volunteers and up to 10 local volunteers are involved.Mission and Objectives
The main priorities of the organisation are environmental education and intercultural learning for youngsters. The objectives: To realize non-formal education, Develop young peoples’ creativity and initiatives, Apply sustainable life style in all organization’s activities, such as recycling, reusing, promotion of bio and eco- products, fair trade products and vegetarian diet.Main Projects / Activities
Radi Vidi Pats is actively taking part in youth projects and has experience while working with European Voluntary Service (as sending, coordinating and hosting volunteers from different countries), Youth exchanges, national youth initiatives and training courses. On the local level since organization is running a bike workshop with specification on freak-bikes and “Do it yourself” philosophy. We propose self-made bicycles for the rent as well as bicycle tours around the Liepaja city. f In May 2011 Radi Vidi Pats was taking part in organizing Baltic-Mediteranean Spring Festival in Liepaja city that was first event in the city promoting EUROMED cooperation and cultural exchange. Since 2011 Radi Vidi Pats is involved in the European Life-long learning programme “Grundtvig” and will start the international activities in autumns 2011.
