The mission of the youth organisation TREPES (transl. ladder) is to help young people to reach the next step in their personal development by giving practical tools and raising their awareness of social issues. It is very important for us to be a part of a volunteering community that helps to foster social inclusion and that encourages young people to be socially active and responsible. We are running Creative Clubs in areas such as healthcare, active lifestyle, environment protection, cultural understanding, civic education, volunteering, intergenerational cooperation, charity, youth politics and entrepreneurship.Main Projects / Activities
We are running Creative Clubs in areas such as healthcare, active lifestyle, environment protection, cultural understanding, civic education, volunteering, intergenerational cooperation, charity, youth politics and entrepreneurship. We are targeting pupils across Riga district, children and teenagers that have come under the attention of social services through Day Centres, Orphanages and Youth Homes.
