EDROM is the first officially established Roma NGO in Turkey and active in Edirne since its establishment in 2004 (first under the name of EDÇİNKAY) and it’s a leader in motivating and supporting the Roma communities in the area and in Turkey in general to get organized and work towards bettering their situation; in this sense EDROM has been also the leader of the Roma Associations Federation (ROMDEF) with 13 member associations acting together for designing and influencing policies related to or “affecting” the Roma people.Mission and Objectives
Edrom is support Roma leader, young people and Roma woman in order to increase their capacity to get their citizenship rights in Turkey.Main Projects / Activities
