SMART is a Strategic Tri-Sector Organization collaborating arms creating a Holistic Impact Model to create a positive change to create a broader impact.
SMART's structure reflects our commitment to multifaceted impact.
SMART the strategy and management consulting firm;
SMART Centers, a training center focused on women's empowerment; and;
SMART Alumni, a youth empowerment association.

Established in 2007 with a highly committed and professional team who serve as devoted of local and international consultants to improve individuals, communities and countries using international standards and cross-sectional expertise.

We achieve our objectives through a holistic approach in designing programs with progressive quality control methodologies, and innovative advocacy tools.

Main Projects / Activities

SMART Center’s Projects &Programs during the past ten years were funded by UNESCO, UNIC, ESCWA, USAID, British Council, UK IWPR, USA Embassy, MEPI, IREX, Konrad Adenauer, Fredrich Ebert, Al Majmouaa, El Khalil Foundation, The Social Welfare Association, UNWomwn, UNFPA, Women Mediterranean Fund, etc..
Main programs were (1) One Voice Can Change (2) Point of View (3) Fingerprints (4) Women Advocacting Women Votes - WAW, (5) Tashabouk for Lebanon, (6)She Leads )7) She Leads Again.
SMART Projects and Programs concentrated on (a)investing in the youth and building their capacity for creating better jobs opportunity (b) building the capacity of vulnerable women and youth Syrian refugees on financial education, raising the public awareness on women’s right and expand women’s political participation (c) Investing in people’s creativity and encourage them to influence their peers. (d) Emphasizing on the role of youths in advocating for positive change and lobbying for a just cause to participate in coming elections. (e)promoting peace building and tolerance among students in University and schools (f) Investing in the women and youth in rural areas, to gain skills become more effective in social, political, touristic, and economical life(f) Promoting democracy and citizenship (g) business development and capacity building training and coaching programs for individuals and organizations.

SMART Center partnered all through its projects with Governmental institutions such as the Ministry of Interior Affairs and Municipalities, Ministry of Information, Ministry of Women Affairs and Ministry of Social Affairs. SMART Center partnered with professional Syndicates such as Lawyers' order, Audio-visual Reporters, and Social workers Syndicate in addition to local authorities that reached more than 80 Municipalities and at least 50 NGOs, 12 Universities, 30 Schools and 10 media networks.

How can you contribute to the Network in your country?

When our organization actively participates in ALF network, SMART can amplify its impact, and contribute to development, and promote positive change across all members in the country. we will share lessons learnt and good practices of our initiatives with others locally and in the region.
we can exchange expertise and Knowledge in strategical planning, research, field and operation work, and technical support to enhance institutional and program development for other CSOs. We are also experts in advocacy campaigns and media connections, We can support building capacity in unlimited training topics as well as designing specialized proposals, log frames, and monitoring and evaluation plans and activities.

I want to join this network to connect with diverse civil society organizations and active individuals and change-makers, and to collaborate and partner on key regional topics. The network's programs offered important opportunities for learning, knowledge exchange, and joint action.
