Spark for Innovation and Creativity is a Gaza-based non-governmental organization dedicated to empowering youth and fostering creativity through education, arts, and culture programs, alongside innovation and entrepreneurship. The organization provides an inspiring environment that enables young people to explore their creative and professional potential while developing innovative solutions to community challenges.
In education, Spark offers interactive programs to enhance learning quality through modern approaches such as project-based learning and digital technology, with its classes officially registered under the Ministry of Education.
In arts, the organization promotes creative expression through programs in painting, theater, music, and performing arts, using arts as a tool for empowerment, community awareness, and mental well-being.
In culture, Spark works to preserve Palestinian heritage through cultural events, traditional workshops, and art exhibitions that reflect Palestine's rich history and identity.
In addition, Spark supports sustainable development by offering specialized training in life and management skills, helping young people launch initiatives that contribute to economic growth.
Through strategic partnerships with organizations such as UNDP, GIZ, and Enabel, Spark ensures the sustainability and impact of its programs while maintaining transparency and accountability in all its operations.

At Spark Gaza, we provide youth and adolescents with innovative learning environments that inspire creativity, digital transformation, and access to better job opportunities.
Main Projects / Activities
Spark Society for Innovation and Creativity implements a diverse range of projects and activities aimed at empowering youth and promoting sustainable development in Gaza. The organization focuses on key areas, including entrepreneurship and innovation, education, arts, culture, psychosocial support, and digital fabrication (Fab Lab).
Entrepreneurship and Innovation Programs:
Offering business incubation and mentorship programs to support young entrepreneurs in developing and launching their startups.
Providing vocational training in various fields to enhance employment opportunities and economic independence.
Encouraging women and marginalized groups to participate in income-generating activities through specialized skill development programs.
Educational Programs:
Implementing innovative educational initiatives that incorporate modern teaching methods such as project-based learning and digital technology.
Partnering with the Ministry of Education to provide formal and non-formal education programs aimed at enhancing students’ skills and knowledge.
Organizing capacity-building workshops for teachers and students to promote interactive and creative learning approaches.
Arts and Culture Projects:
Organizing workshops and events in visual arts, theater, music, and performing arts to encourage creative expression among youth.
Launching cultural initiatives to preserve Palestinian heritage through exhibitions, storytelling sessions, and community projects.
