The Lydia Generation is an organization focused on empowering highly skilled migrant women, primarily through its Thrive Migrant Women Empowerment program, a one-year initiative. Operating on an annual budget of €58,500, Lydia Generation receives funding from The Hague Municipality, Funds 1818, Healla, Levi Lassen, and The Green Kruis. Its activities include concrete projects, skill-building workshops, exchanges, and seminars that promote empowerment, integration, and professional growth for migrant women. Key partners supporting these efforts include Stek Budgetmaatjes 070 for financial planning, Den Haag Werkt and Step-up for employment services, Forerunners Coaching for personal development, and WECF International for gender and environmental advocacy.
