The Idea Chamber - Social Hub is a youth-driven community organization based on the concept of social entrepreneurship, investing in the diverse energies of young people by providing an interactive space. The aim of the organisation is to integrate youth into their communities, empowering them to become decision-makers and drivers of positive changes into the societies.
The project was founded by two social entrepreneurs who initially handled all operations. Today, our team has grown to 16 members, including 2 full-time staff, 6 part-time staff, and 8 volunteers.
Mission and Objectives
Mission
The Idea Chamber aims to integrate and engage youth in their communities through an interactive approach, enabling them to become key actors of changes in their future. By investing in young people's potential, we aim to create real opportunities for them, resulting in the following key outcomes:
Building a cohesive and resilient society by fostering youth participation;
Raising awareness among youth about the importance of community involvement;
Developing proactive individuals with independent decision-making capacities;
Engaging governmental, non-governmental and private, institutions with youth initiatives;
Creating educational and employment opportunities;
Reducing societal burdens that hinder youth from their self development.

How can you contribute to the Network in your country?
The Idea Chamber can contribute to the Network in Jordan by creating active spaces for youth engagement, entrepreneurship, and cultural exchange. We connect young people through our diverse communities, workshops, and programs that focus on skill-building, innovation, and social impact. By collaborating with other members in the Network, we aim to strengthen regional partnerships and promote shared learning across the country
Why do you want to join the ALF Network?
We want to join the ALF Network to connect with like-minded organizations that share our vision of empowering youth and promoting intercultural dialogue. Through this network, The Idea Chamber aims to exchange experiences, collaborate on regional initiatives, and create opportunities that drive social, educational, and cultural development across Jordan and the wider Mediterranean region.
