THE LEE EXPERIENCE stands for Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Employment Development. It is an organization established in Lebanon in 2020 that has a unique business model with two arms one for-profit and one non-profit.
While working on a holistic approach, we develop specific strategies for crosscutting themes to create a coherent ecosystem while providing sustainable socio-economic development, and livelihood support through ensuring business development and decent work, in line with the SDGs, especially for youth and women entrepreneurs,, using our four business pillars:
THE LEE EXPERIENCE is a life and business transformation entity through attitude changes for individuals, organizations, and corporations in Lebanon and the MENA region.
Mission and Objectives
Our presence in Lebanon– Through our journey, The LEE Experience has a presence in all governorates in North Lebanon, Akkar, Mount Lebanon, Beirut, South, Bekaa, Baalbek –hermel as an implementer partner of many projects such as interagency community, ILO, AAH, HOP, Mada, UTOPIA, Oxfam, Relief International, Kvinna till Kvinna, UNIFIL, International Alert, USAID, RMF, IFC, IRC, Solidarity International, World Bank, netherland embassy , Canada embassy . This gives us expositor to have a very good understanding of the context and its challenges and needs.
Furthermore, we built a large network with the ecosystem with different actors, stakeholders, and partners such as local authorities, ministries and municipalities, NGOs, the Private sector, and municipalities. In addition to our physical branch in Beirut, South, Bekaa, and North (under construction) that serve as a visible symbol of the our presence and commitment to making a positive impact in the region.
Our organization demonstrates a strong commitment to youth engagement across all levels as below indicators:
Our Mission: To generate life and business transformation to corporations, organizations, and individuals - primarily the youth and women - through tech-oriented pillars of commercialization, empowerment, and development services in the MENA region, mainly post-conflict areas.
Since its establishment, The LEE Experience has implemented 31 projects served more than 10,000 beneficiaries with 76% of them are youth boys & girls.
Our board members includes Youth member representation voice of youth in decision making.
A headcount of 28 employees 72 % of them are youth with a background in livelihood, gender, Entrepreneurship, IGA support, soft skills, institutional strength, microfinance, social enterprises, innovation, capacity building, green, Marketing, and digital transformation.
The LEE Experience has a presence in the inter-agency networks and community as an LCRP partner and livelihood Core group active member for 2023, and 2025.
The LEE Experience is a member of the forum of conflict sensitivity and social stability in Lebanon
The LEE Experience is a member of the Green Task Force under the Ministry of Environment
