Although LAYLAC was established in 2005 but it has limited funding for its activities and programs. LAYLAC is managed by a voluntary board of nine people from Bethlehem area while it has 45 members selected for its general assembly. It focuses on building the capacities of youth and invest them for community development issues, concerns and needs through leadership development, economic development, voluntarism, social advocacy and academic / vocational developmentMission and Objectives
