How can you contribute to the Network in your country?

I can contribute to the ALF Network in Lebanon by bridging cultural practice, capacity building, and inclusive community development. In my current role as Project Manager at Le Monnot Theater/Association CREAL, I manage grant-funded performing arts initiatives focused on inclusion of persons with disabilities, drama therapy, and professional capacity building in the cultural sector. I bring both cultural programming experience and strong project management expertise (PMP, MEAL DPro), which allows me to support initiatives from concept through implementation, monitoring, and reporting.
Having worked extensively in refugee resettlement and immigrant integration in the United States, I bring practical experience in designing programs that foster social cohesion, workforce inclusion, and equitable access to opportunity. I have led multidisciplinary teams, collaborated with diverse stakeholders, and ensured compliance with international donors including the European Commission.
Within the ALF Network in Lebanon, I would be eager to:
Support collaborative, cross-sector initiatives that use culture and education as tools for dialogue;
Contribute to project design, grant development, and impact measurement efforts;
Facilitate exchanges between cultural actors, NGOs, and educational institutions;
Mentor emerging professionals and organizations seeking to strengthen their operational and project management capacities.
My multilingual background (Arabic, English, French and Spanish) and experience working across various regions position me to contribute meaningfully to Euro-Mediterranean dialogue and cross-border partnerships.
