TUYO is a regenerative specialty‑coffee and fine‑cacao venture that links women‑led and Indigenous producer communities in Ecuador with Denmark’s design‑led, innovation‑driven, sustainability‑focused market. Built on fair‑chain sourcing, regenerative practices, and story‑rich experiences, TUYO bridges the creative economies of the Global South and North while re‑imagining coffee culture as a ritual of care, connection, and shared value for people and planet.

Main Projects / Activities
- Source & Roast Specialty Coffee – Transparent, long‑term sourcing and Denmark roasting.
- Producer & Creative Collaborations – On‑farm workshops and cross‑disciplinary projects linking growers, artists, and makers.
- Regeneration & Circularity – Closed‑loop practices that up‑cycle by‑products and cut emissions.
- Immersive Experiences – Tastings, exhibitions, pop‑ups, and a 2026 café‑sanctuary blending Andean heritage with Nordic design.
How can you contribute to the Network in your country?
- Creative‑economy know‑how, Global South ↔ North – share lessons from building a fair‑chain value flow between Ecuadorian women‑led and Indigenous producers and Denmark’s design‑driven market.
- Intercultural storytelling pop‑ups – once TUYO launches, host intimate tastings and exhibitions that spotlight producer voices and spark dialogue.
- Future collaboration hub – as we grow, open our platform for joint cultural or sustainability pilots with fellow ALF members.
- Story‑driven media content – provide high‑quality visuals, origin stories, and (in development) podcast segments that amplify under‑represented voices and enrich ALF’s resource base.
- Regenerative‑circular insight – share early learnings from up‑cycling coffee pulp / cacao husk and low‑carbon logistics—rooted in ancestral land‑stewardship knowledge from origin—as case studies for other members.
Why do you want to join the ALF Network?
Membership links TUYO to a Euro‑Med community that values dialogue, creativity, and regenerative practice. It will help us forge partnerships, exchange knowledge during our formative stage, and co‑create projects that strengthen the Global South‑North creative economy while advancing fair‑chain, regenerative coffee‑ and cacao culture.
