Voices of the World is an international NGO dedicated to empowering underrepresented communities through storytelling, creativity, and digital education.
We work closely with migrant communities, youth, and educators to ensure their voices are heard and their experiences valued.
Our projects combine participatory methods with digital tools—ranging from podcasts and videos to e-learning and serious games.
We believe storytelling is not only a way to express oneself, but also a powerful means to foster inclusion and social change.
Through EU-funded collaborations, we co-create resources that are both innovative and accessible.
We support capacity building through workshops, training, and cross-border exchanges.
Our network spans across Europe and beyond, rooted in local engagement and international cooperation.
At our core, we value empathy, creativity, and impact.
We aim to build bridges between communities, sectors, and generations.
Joining your organisation would allow us to grow this mission together and contribute our experience and energy to shared goals.
Mission and Objectives
Mission: Empowering voices worldwide through education, digital skills, and inclusion. Objectives: education and research, media activities, advancing education through technology and sustainable development
Main Projects / Activities
At Voices of the World, we create projects that bring people together through creativity, storytelling, and digital tools. Our work focuses on making sure everyone—especially those often unheard—has the chance to share their voice and shape their future. Projects are usually related to education
We design and run EU-funded projects that promote social inclusion, active citizenship, and digital empowerment. From storytelling workshops with migrant communities to educational games and podcasts, we explore new ways of learning and connecting.
Our team works closely with educators, youth workers, NGOs, and grassroots organisations across Europe to co-create workshops, training sessions, and learning materials. Whether it's helping someone tell their story for the first time, supporting teachers with creative tools, or developing playful and inclusive learning experiences, our goal is always to build connection and understanding.
How can you contribute to the Network in your country?
We’d love to contribute by bringing our creative and inclusive approach to storytelling and education into the network. In our country, we’re already working closely with local communities, educators, and NGOs—so we can help connect the network to people on the ground who are often left out of bigger conversations.
Through our experience with EU projects, we’re used to collaborating across borders and turning complex topics into engaging, accessible formats like workshops, podcasts, or digital games. We’d be happy to share these tools and methods with other members, or co-create new ones together.
We’re also very active in youth work, migration-related initiatives, and digital inclusion—so we can offer local insights, help test new ideas, and host events or trainings that bring people together.
Why do you want to join the ALF Network?
We want to join the ALF Network because we believe deeply in its mission to foster dialogue, connection, and collaboration across cultures. Our work is rooted in the same values; bringing people together through storytelling, education, and creativity, and giving a voice to those too often unheard.
Being part of the ALF Network would allow us to connect with like-minded organisations across the Mediterranean and beyond, learn from their experiences, and share what we’ve learned along the way. We see it as an opportunity to grow as an organisation but also as part of a community.
We’re excited by the idea of exchanging ideas, building joint projects, and creating meaningful impact together.
