General Information

YouthTech Association is a non-profit Palestinian organization, founded in 2024 in Ramallah. The association aims to empower Palestinian youth, children, and caregivers economically and socially by developing their life skills and modern technological skills. Techno Youth focuses on enhancing education, technology, mental health, and life skills, as well as promoting volunteerism and community development. The association believes in the importance of exchanging expertise between local and international experts to foster community development.

Mission and Objectives

Mission: To empower Palestinian youth and communities by providing them with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in the 21st century.
Objectives:

Develop and implement innovative programs that focus on education, technology, and life skills.
Foster a culture of lifelong learning and continuous improvement.
Promote volunteerism and community engagement.
Bridge the digital divide and enhance access to technology.
Support the mental and emotional well-being of youth.

Main Projects / Activities

Kifa’ati Project: A comprehensive teacher development program aimed at enhancing teachers' technological skills, fostering safe learning environments, and promoting experiential learning methodologies. The project is currently being implemented in schools across the West Bank.
Maharati Project: An upcoming initiative designed to equip university graduates and soon-to-be graduates with essential life skills and prepare them for the job market.

How can you contribute to the Network in your country?

Through Youth-Tech's focus on youth empowerment, digital literacy, and community development, we can actively contribute to the Anna Lindh Foundation's goals by fostering intercultural dialogue and promoting social cohesion at the grassroots level. Our projects, such as "Kifa'ati" and "Maharati," directly align with ALF's objectives by empowering individuals with essential skills and fostering a culture of active citizenship. By leveraging our local expertise and networks, we can effectively amplify ALF's impact and contribute to building a more inclusive and prosperous Euro-Mediterranean region.
