Eligibility Criteria and Submission

Participation is open to legal entities, applying individually or as part of a consortium, established in one of the 43 Union for the Mediterranean countries.

Tenders must be submitted in English, in paper form only, and before the stated deadline. Late submissions will not be considered.

Submissions must follow the double-envelope system, consisting of:

Envelope A – Technical Offer
Envelope B – Financial Offer

Both envelopes must be sealed and placed inside one outer envelope.

Tenders may be submitted by registered post mail, courier service, or hand delivery to the Contracting Authority at the address below. Submissions by any other means will not be accepted.

Tender Context:

The Anna Lindh Foundation is launching an international open call for tenders for the provision of travel agency services to support its programme activities across the Euro-Mediterranean region. The selected contractor will provide comprehensive travel procurement and support services for missions, events, and official activities implemented or supported by ALF.

Short Description of the Contract:

The contractor will support the Anna Lindh Foundation in the implementation of its activities by providing a full range of professional travel procurement services. The selected service provider will act as ALF’s official travel agency and will be responsible for the procurement, reservation, issuance, and management of airline and rail transport tickets.

This includes identifying optimal travel routes, securing competitive fares, ensuring compliance with ALF’s internal travel rules, and providing timely confirmations and documentation. The contractor must also provide assistance for itinerary changes, cancellations, and emergency travel needs, as well as customer service support throughout the travel process.

The services shall apply to missions, events, conferences, and all official activities organised or supported by ALF, covering both international and domestic travel. (for detailed information, please refer to the Terms of Reference)
