Slovene Philanthropy is organizing the 26th National Volunteer Week between 19 and 25 May 2025, aimed at raising awareness among the general public about the role and importance of volunteering. To this end, events are being held across the country at which volunteer organizations present their work and opportunities for volunteering.

On Tuesday, 20 May, they organized the Solemn Volunteer Day, intended to award awards to the most deserving in the field of volunteering.
On Thursday, 22 May, they organized the Happy Volunteer Day, intended to present volunteer organizations from all over Slovenia.
