The University for Continuing Education Krems is inviting applications for the fifth edition of its Summer School on Data Economy Law (DeL), taking place from August 10-28, 2026. The tuition-free program combines a two-week online preparatory course with a one-week on-site session in Reichenau an der Rax, Austria.

 

Developed in collaboration with five European partner universities, the summer school offers insights into key legal challenges of the data-driven economy, including intellectual property and ICT law, data protection, data-driven business models, and transnational business law. Participants will engage in case studies, workshops, and discussions led by international academics and legal practitioners.

The program is open to students, graduates, and young professionals worldwide. Successful participants will receive a certificate worth 3 ECTS credits.
