Blue Hearts

The "Blue Hearts" project, action KA220, under the aegis of the #ErasmusPlus programme, aims to create a framework that supports the development of community initiatives, with a strong focus on inclusion, diversity and collaboration. By combining the resources and experience of the partners involved, "Blue Hearts" has the potential to generate positive changes at local and international level.
The main aim of the "Blue Hearts" project is to support NGOs and youth workers to train leaders among displaced people and young people involved. These leaders will be encouraged to develop their own initiatives, which will benefit their local communities.
The main objectives of the project are the following:
Identify and enhance the existing strengths of the target groups, which include youth workers, displaced people and NGOs.
Provide relevant training and open educational resources (OER) to support the development of the necessary skills.
Promoting active citizenship among displaced people, encouraging their involvement in community life.
Stimulating inclusion and diversity, so that all participants feel valued and integrated.
Building a network and collaboration capacity, through which NGOs and young people can work together effectively to generate a sustainable impact.
Partners: ALF Romania, Active Youth Projects, Young Agents of Change, Fundacja Nowy Staw and Asociatia CPDIS.
Project co-financed by the Erasmus+ program.
