The international Team Building project was organised and implemented by Association “International Initiatives and Cooperation working in the field of non-formal education and youth mobility. The project brought together young people from different countries for a week of learning, cooperation, cultural exchange, and personal development in Bansko and Razlog, Bulgaria.

The project offered a rich programme of interactive workshops, team-building activities, outdoor challenges, cultural evenings, and non-formal education games designed to strengthen communication, teamwork, leadership, and mutual understanding among participants. Young people worked in international groups, exchanged ideas, and developed valuable social and interpersonal skills through practical experience.

The activity was organised within the framework of international youth cooperation and Erasmus+ principles, with the objective of promoting intercultural dialogue, active participation, inclusion, and personal growth among young people. Special emphasis was placed on creating a safe and supportive environment where participants could build friendships, overcome challenges together, and learn from different cultures.

One of the highlights of the project was the tandem World Café evening in Razlog, where participants met local residents and engaged in meaningful conversations and cultural exchange. The programme also included outdoor activities, improvised Olympic games, and a memorable trip on the Rhodope narrow-gauge railway.
