Burnout Blueprint: A Guide

Thematic area: Youth and education

Language: English

It takes place in Lithuania since the beginning of 2025. The middle of the project. Organizer - NGO "Creative Future Ideas", the member of ALF LT. The “Burnout Blueprint” consortium will further develop and disseminate the “Mindfulness and Relaxation Self-Care Toolkit for Burnout Prevention” and “Best Practices and Success Stories for Resilience and Wellbeing”.

The “Burnout Blueprint” project is now halfway through its period and has completed its 2nd work package.

We can already mention some important results, such as the development, testing and dissemination of the “Acceptance and Commitment” support group guidelines.
We are very proud of the results achieved so far and are pleased that our work has attracted interest from parents, youth workers, teachers, stakeholders and community members.  The project is directly aimed at youth workers and support staff, as well as young parents raising children with disabilities or special educational needs. These educators and parents suffer from isolation, anxiety, depression or burnout.
