​Materahub has been leading the Collab4HySustCCI initiative, which concluded its final Knowledge-Sharing Session on February 27 and 28, 2025, in Athens. This 16-month program connected 15 cultural and creative organizations across Southern-Eastern Europe (SEE), providing grants, mentorship, and collaborative platforms to implement innovative pilot projects.

The Athens session, hosted by Synergasia, featured hybrid participation, allowing both in-person and online engagement. During the event, each organization presented their projects, showcasing creative solutions to contemporary challenges. These initiatives spanned various disciplines, including digital innovation, community engagement, and environmental sustainability, demonstrating the transformative power of culture.

This collaborative effort underscores a collective commitment to cultural innovation, highlighting the significant impact of cross-sector partnerships in driving societal change.
