The training programme “Empowering Creative & Cultural Professionals in the Euro-Mediterranean Region”, organised by the Organisation for European Programmes and Cultural Relations (OEPCR) in collaboration with Materahub, the British Council and the Anna Lindh Foundation, has received an outstanding response from the cultural and creative sector.

More than 300 professionals from across the Euro-Mediterranean region expressed their interest in joining the programme , a clear sign of the growing demand for opportunities that enhance skills, promote digital transformation, and integrate sustainable practices in the sector.

The programme combines innovative learning methodologies with online sessions and collaborative activities, culminating in a final four-day in-person training and networking event in Cyprus in November 2025.

By engaging professionals from both the northern and southern shores of the Mediterranean, the programme aims to support knowledge-sharing, collaboration and community-building, while contributing to the growth and resilience of the cultural and creative industries in the region.
