The Women Embrace Empowerment (WEE) Foundation is a newly established nonprofit organization based in Malta, dedicated to promoting women’s inclusion, wellbeing, and leadership through grassroots, community-driven initiatives.

WEE aims to create inclusive, safe, and supportive spaces for women from minority and marginalised communities to connect, grow, and promote togetherness, creating opportunities for women, promoting collaboration and inclusion, empowering women and youth with essential soft skills.

In recent months, WEE has actively contributed to initiatives promoting inclusion, dialogue, and social cohesion, including participation in Anti-Racism Week organised by the Human Rights Directorate Malta.

Our dedicated volunteers played an important role, particularly in coordinating and supporting the Women & Youth Lab, which provided space for participants to exchange ideas and engage in discussions about empowerment, identity, and community involvement, encouraging diverse voices and shared learning.

These engagements reflect our commitment to building bridges and fostering mutual understanding across diverse communities.

To further support our mission, WEE is developing its flagship initiative, EmpowerHER Circles, a safe and nurturing space for storytelling, self-reflection, mutual support, and civic engagement.

We believe that empowered women strengthen communities. WEE remains committed to building inclusive spaces and welcomes collaboration with partners who share this vision.
