The Engaging Communities Winter School is a fully online, advanced training program designed to provide a more comprehensive and practice-oriented learning experience, organized by The Heritage Managment Organization (Greece).

Building on the core theoretical foundations shared across all their training formats, the Winter School introduces participants to key methodological approaches and practical tools, such as qualitative interviewing and fieldwork preparation through an extended and structured online format.
