As part of their joint efforts to promote economic empowerment and youth development, equality for Training and Human Rights, in cooperation with Masar Educational Academy, launched a specialized entrepreneurship training workshop targeting young men and women from Jordan and across the Euro-Mediterranean region.
The workshop was delivered by Dr. Hiba Haddadin, Director General of equality for Training and Human Rights, and focused on equipping participants with the knowledge, skills, and practical tools needed to develop entrepreneurial ideas and transform them into sustainable projects capable of addressing economic and social challenges within their communities.
The training brought together more than 25 participants from different governorates of Jordan, in addition to participants from Egypt and Tunisia. The diverse participation created an opportunity for knowledge exchange, networking, and the development of cross-border partnerships among young people from the region.
Throughout the workshop, participants explored key entrepreneurship concepts, including idea generation and development, project planning and management, leadership skills, and the characteristics of successful entrepreneurs. The training also highlighted the important role of entrepreneurship in fostering innovation, supporting sustainable development, and contributing to the growth of knowledge-based societies.
