Exciting Job Opportunity: Project Coordinator for GAME in Tunisia

GAME, an innovative street sports organization, is seeking a Project Coordinator with expertise in youth entrepreneurship and employability to join their team in Tunis, Tunisia.

As part of a multi-year program in the MENA region, GAME is focused on strengthening youth inclusion and employability through innovative approaches and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

The Project Coordinator will:

  • Lead and refine GAME’s entrepreneurship approaches within street sports and culture.
  • Build strong partnerships with local implementing partners and consortium stakeholders.
  • Coordinate project implementation, ensuring strategic development and milestone achievements.
  • Develop and manage youth entrepreneurship training, incubation, and support programs.
  • Organize and evaluate events that engage youth in entrepreneurial activities.
  • Provide program oversight, including reporting and process management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance youth access to financing and support for start-ups.

What GAME Expects

Applicants should have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in youth employability, entrepreneurship programs, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of barriers faced by youth in accessing employment, especially in Tunisia.
  • A background in program development and stakeholder engagement, including with civil society and local authorities.
  • Proficiency in English and, for non-Tunisian applicants, familiarity with Tunisian culture and context.
  • Relevant academic qualifications and program coordination expertise.
