Are you a woman committed to liberal values and looking to strengthen your role and impact in politics and society? The Female Empowerment Programme of the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom supports women in developing their personal and political skills, expanding their networks and making their voices heard in public debates.

The programme combines practical training, inspiring encounters with liberal leaders from Germany and around the world, and a strong network of politically and socially engaged women. The blended-learning format offers participants valuable opportunities to develop their leadership skills, exchange ideas and gain new perspectives on political engagement.

We believe that women and their expertise, perspectives and commitment are essential to shaping social change. With #FemaleForward, we want to strengthen women who take responsibility, shape debates and stand up for a liberal, open and equal society.
