Crossing Borders invites you to a special evening of knowledge, dialogue, and shared dining at Food for Thought, featuring Professor Michelle Pace from Roskilde University.

Professor Pace, an internationally recognized expert in Middle Eastern politics and migration, will lead an engaging conversation on human rights, global politics, and the situation in Gaza. Drawing on her extensive research and experience, she will reflect on the roles of the Middle East, the EU, the USA, and Denmark in shaping today’s global challenges — and explore potential pathways forward.

Originally from Malta, Professor Pace has conducted research at Chatham House and has headed Global Studies at RUC since 2014. Her insights promise to inspire critical thinking, reflection, and dialogue.

The evening will also include a shared dinner prepared by Send More Spices, offering participants the chance to connect over food while exchanging ideas and experiences.
