Our story with YRCI Albania began through the Anna Lindh Foundation’s ALF in Motion programme in August 2024. What started as a professional connection soon grew into a dynamic and inspiring partnership rooted in shared values: youth empowerment, intercultural dialogue, and creative collaboration.

One of the first milestones in our journey together is the TRAM – Travel Minds project (2025-1-MT01-KA152-YOU-000301829), an Erasmus+ youth exchange exploring identity, mobility, and cultural memory through art and dialogue. The project will bring young people together in two phases: the first mobility will take place in Elbasan, Albania in December 2025, followed by the second part in Malta in March/April 2026. TRAM is more than just an exchange—it’s a celebration of shared stories, human connection, and youth-led change.

Since then, our collaboration has grown into a long-term strategic alliance. Together, Upbeat Music House and YRCI Albania have co-designed and submitted numerous transnational project proposals blending cultural innovation, civic participation, and digital empowerment. We are now awaiting results for several joint initiatives:

This growing collaboration reflects our shared commitment to using culture and education as forces for inclusion, awareness, and social transformation. Whether through music, digital storytelling, or civic engagement, we aim to foster a Mediterranean space where youth voices lead the way.

As we prepare for the upcoming TRAM exchanges, we look forward to continuing this journey with YRCI Albania. What began with one project is now a vibrant partnership—creative, cross-border, and full of promise.
