Vulnerable groups, including the unemployed, low-income earners and single-parent families, often have limited access to basic resources. Women in these groups are more likely to work in precarious and low-paid jobs and take on the majority of unpaid household work, while men face economic role pressures and lack of support.

To achieve real gender equality, it is necessary to develop policies that recognize multiple forms of discrimination, ensure accessible social and health services, provide stronger support for caregivers and the socially vulnerable, and encourage employment and economic security.
