The ALF Member Department of Classical Studies at the Faculty of Arts, Masaryk University, is participating in the international simultaneous reading of ancient authors, organized as part of the European Festival of Latin and Greek Poetry by the University of Lyon.

This year’s event highlights the Latin author Seneca, with passages from his tragedy Medea presented in Czech and Slovak translations, as well as in the original Latin.

The reading will take place on March 21, 2025, at 11:00 (CET).
