The "Sustainable Leadership and House of Wellbeing" workshop, organized by the Anna Lindh Foundation’s Swedish network, will take place on May 12, 2026, in Malmö from 09:00 to 15:30. This free, in-person event is designed for civil society practitioners and focuses on sustainable leadership, wellbeing, and resilience—key skills for fostering inclusive and effective organizations.
Workshop Highlights:
Emily Hanna and Julia Moreira from SwIdeas, drawing on 10+ years of transnational experience in non-formal education, will guide participants through self-reflection, sustainability challenge analysis, and action planning.
Karolina Mazetyte from Well-being Lab Sweden will introduce the "Wheel of Well-being at the Workplace" and guide participants to an in-depth understanding of burn-out.
The workshop includes lunch and fika, with a no-show fee of 300 SEK. It is part of the Practitioners Labs series, supported by the Swedish Ministry of Culture, Anna Lindh Foundation, and European Commission.
