My name is Amila Akagic and I will be moderating our panel discussion on the Sarajevo Winter Fest. I am sending you some important organisational information.

We have many participants, so it is important that we respect the time limits. Each panel speaker (physically present at the event) will have 7 minutes for their presentation or talk (including any video materials).

If you have a presentation and have not yet sent it to us, please do so as soon as possible, but no later than Friday at 4:00 PM. All video materials should also be submitted by Friday at 4:00 PM.

Some people will join via Zoom. Access information are available in the PDF of the program (attached to this email).

Please check the program outline, and if there are some typos or something that needs to be changed, please let us know. There might be some slight changes of the program, but hopefully not many.
