The “Youth and Civic Initiatives in the Rose Valley” Association is organising and hosting a series of community meetings with women from small towns and villages in the Rose Valley region. The initiative is implemented with the support of local partners, including the Municipal Art Gallery – Karlovo and artist Penka Mincheva.

The project offers interactive meetings that combine discussion with artistic expression. Each gathering is designed as a creative workshop where participants engage in painting floral compositions inspired by flowers from their own gardens, while sharing personal experiences and challenges in a relaxed and supportive environment.

The initiative is developed in response to the need to better understand and address the social, economic, and cultural challenges faced by women in smaller communities. Its objective is to create a safe space for dialogue, encourage self-expression, and raise awareness of key issues such as access to services, gender equality, and social inclusion.

Participants benefit by connecting with others, expressing themselves through art, and contributing to meaningful discussions that can inform future community initiatives and support women’s empowerment.
