We are incredibly proud in shemool for devlopment of Abdullah Esam, our Chairman, and the founder of Egypt’s first cerebral palsy football team, who proudly represented Egypt as part of team helm at the Genuine Cup in Houston, USA.
In their historic first participation in the tournament, The team went all the way to the final, defeating Andorra to lift the Genuine Cup, while also receiving the Genuine Award for outstanding energy and sportsmanship.
Grateful to the Consulate General of Egypt in Houston for warmly welcoming the team and celebrating their achievement, reaffirming the importance of supporting Egyptian athletes with disabilities and their participation on the international stage.
We are proud to see Abdullah’s journey, from founding Egypt’s first cerebral palsy football team to representing Egypt on an international stage, continue to inspire a more inclusive future through sport.
