In the framework of the ALF Swedish network flagship programme, Celebrating Our Diversity, the Swedish network member, Connect with Joy will host a weekend of Tango workshops to introduce Argentinian Tango as a non-verbal language of connection, focusing on trust, listening, and cooperation rather than performance or technique.
Participants are warmly invited to explore simple movement, walking, and partner exercises as a way to meet others beyond words.
No previous dance experience is needed, and you do not need to come with a partner.
The sessions are designed to create an intercultural meeting between people newly arrived in Gothenburg, local residents, and members of the tango community.
