Social Visions e.V. invites practitioners, community leaders, and professionals from diverse sectors to join the free online training “The Art of Being Heard”, taking place in September and October 2026 as part of the ALF Hands-On Programme of the Anna Lindh Foundation.

In this four-part online training, participants will explore creative and participatory methods that help make people’s experiences and perspectives visible beyond traditional survey tools. Through photography, storytelling, and collaborative work, participants will learn how to identify and visualize community issues, facilitate evaluation processes, support inclusive group dynamics, and reflect on experiences and knowledge. The training combines practical exercises, peer exchange, and hands-on learning, enabling participants to immediately apply the methods in their own professional and community contexts.

Format: Online (English) and free of charge

Application deadline: 20 June 2026

A recommendation letter from an employer or another organization is required. If obtaining such a letter is not possible, applicants are encouraged to contact the organizers directly to discuss alternative arrangements.
