A member of the Croatian ALF Network, DEŠA – Dubrovnik, opened a competition for scholarships for students in crafts and shortage professions for the 2025/2026 school year. The scholarships are awarded by the Libertas Foundation, with the support of the DEŠA – Dubrovnik association.

Libertas Foundation is an association of Croatian immigrants from San Pedro, California that supports programs beneficial to the community through humanitarian actions. One of the programs is the “Ante and Evelyn Mrgudić” Foundation, through which these scholarships have been awarded continuously since 2003. Through this competition, 10 students in trades are awarded scholarships annually.
