Our member, the Lutfia Rabbani Foundation, offers a Travel Grant for students and professionals seeking professional experience or contact in education, science, and culture, either in the Netherlands or the Arab World. The grant aims to promote mutual understanding by enabling participants to explore the history, culture, and society of the host country and collaborate with local stakeholders.

Eligible candidates include Arab nationals from countries such as Algeria, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Morocco, Palestine, Syria, Tunisia, and others, as well as Dutch nationals. Applicants must demonstrate clear academic or professional motivation and provide a structured plan for preparation, travel, and follow-up activities. The grant covers approved travel expenses up to €2,000 and must be applied for at least three months prior to departure.

Through this initiative, the Lutfia Rabbani Foundation fosters intercultural dialogue, mutual understanding, and collaboration between the Netherlands and the Arab World. Participants gain firsthand insight into diverse cultural, social, and professional contexts, reflecting the broader mission of the Anna Lindh Foundation to promote dialogue, empathy, and understanding across the Euro-Mediterranean region.
