Upskilling Guidebook for CCS Professionals

We’re excited to announce the launch of our brand-new online course developed as part of the Mindfulness for Integration project – a European initiative focused on promoting mental well-being, social inclusion, and trauma-sensitive practices in work with migrants, refugees, and vulnerable communities.

💡 What’s the course about?
Tailored for professionals in the creative, cultural, and helping sectors, the course offers:

  • Practical mindfulness-based tools

  • Adaptable workshop methods

  • Real-world case studies

  • Strategies to reduce stigma and support trauma-informed care

🧠 Whether you're an NGO worker, social educator, artist, or community organizer, this free online course can enhance your capacity to support marginalized people more mindfully and effectively.

🌐 Who are we?
The project is part of the EU-funded Erasmus+ programme, and is carried out by a diverse international consortium including partners from Hungary, Italy, Portugal, and Germany. In Hungary, the project is coordinated by the Artemisszió Foundation, an NGO dedicated to intercultural dialogue and inclusive education.
