Under the patronage of the Minister of Labor  in Jordan, and in cooperation with relevant parliamentary committees, the Al-Hayat Center – Rased, member of the Jordanian network, in partnership with ActionAid Arab Region, organized a national conference titled “Women’s Economic Participation in Jordan: Reality, Challenges, and Aspirations.”

The conference brought together members of parliament, government officials, civil society leaders, private sector representatives, and experts. It featured the launch of the Women’s Economic Participation Index and discussion sessions addressing key challenges facing women in the labor market, as well as policies and opportunities to enhance the quality of women’s economic participation in line with national modernization efforts.
