On June 7, 2026, thousands of participants gathered at Rondine Cittadella della Pace, near Arezzo, for the final event of YouTopic Fest 2026, titled “Destination Peace. Music and Voices from the World Together Against War.” The celebration combined music, dialogue, and personal testimonies to promote peace, coexistence, and intercultural understanding.

The event featured prominent guests including Lorenzo Jovanotti, Amara, Giovanni Caccamo, Folco Terzani, the Orchestra Instabile di Arezzo conducted by Valter Sivilotti, and journalist Eva Crosetta. Through performances and discussions, participants reflected on the importance of dialogue, education, and human connection in overcoming conflict.

At the heart of the festival were the students of Rondine’s World House, young people from countries affected by war who live and study together while learning to transform hostility into constructive relationships. Their testimonies highlighted the value of reconciliation, mutual understanding, and everyday peacebuilding.

The evening concluded with the announcement of the theme for YouTopic Fest 2027: “The Two Sides of Words: Between Speaking and Making Peace.” The event also continued its fundraising campaign to support scholarships for World House students, reinforcing Rondine’s commitment to education and conflict transformation.
